Fire-roasted cuts carved tableside, a gourmet salad bar and the Ipanema Bar. All you can enjoy, now in El Paso.
The experience
One price per person. Our passadores keep the espadas coming until you tell them to stop.
1Sixty-eight items: salads, cheeses, cold cuts, roasted vegetables, yuca and warm pão de queijo.
Green tells the passadores you are ready. They bring the espadas to your table and carve every cut fresh.
3Well done, medium or medium rare. Ask for the cut you love and it comes around again.
4Flip to red to take a break. Finish with grilled pineapple or a warm lava cake.

Our story
Las Espadas has served the Brazilian rodízio in Mexico since 2015 and grew to eight restaurants, including Ciudad Juárez. El Paso is our first home in the United States, with a Brazilian-born partner who spent ten years carving at Fogo de Chão and a menu that blends Brazilian, Mexican and American flavors.
